The KOBAK units are ideally suited for use in small businesses.
Cooking, baking, curing, drying, interval showering – a single unit for all production and processing steps.
The KOBAK units are accessible at floor level as standard; the doors are available with right- and left-hand hinges. The units can be heated electrically, with oil, gas or steam.
By using special materials, the insulation at the same time provides full heat protection to guarantee full performance at minimum expenditure of energy. The integrated high-performance fan with a switchable two- or three-stage motor ensures even and quick heat transfer as well as uniform steam distribution in the entire chamber.
The automatic self-cleaning system makes sure that the unit operates reliably and smoothly over many years. The KOBAK units are equipped with automatic flap control, finely adjustable interval humidification, core-tempering technology and an acoustic end signal.
