Friction-type smoke generator mounted in the door RBRT
The smoke is generated at low temperatures without smouldering. A block of wood is pressed pneumatically against a friction wheel at regular intervals. This generates dense, fine smoke, which gives smoked products an attractive colour and a particularly fine flavour.

The wood chips in the hopper are heated by the heating element until they glow. An infinitely adjustable fan supplies the necessary fresh air into the combustion chamber, permitting the amount and temperature of the smoke to be controlled in accordance with the desired smoking process. The smoke is conducted to the circulation system in the upper portion of the unit through a duct. Suitable for beechwood chips with a grain size of 4 – 12 mm.
Semi-automatic sawdust smoke generator
Semi-automatic smoke generator for carbonising sawdust. The automatic ignition device heats the sawdust until it glows. The ignition, adjustable in time intervals, is additionally switched on to support the process. The sawdust needs to be piled by hand in the smoking drawer. The fan speed is infinitely adjustable.
